Soraya Roberts is the author of In My Humble Opinion: My So-Called Life (out now with ECW Press), the first book devoted to the feminist reverberations of MSCL. She was an entertainment editor for six years before becoming a full-time writer. Her work has appeared in Hazlitt, BuzzFeed, TIME, Vulture and Vanity Fair, among other publications.
